Nestled in the heart of the old village of Chenôve, at the gates of Dijon and just steps away from the Clos du Chapitre, Pierre & Vigne embodies the perfect balance between the winegrowing soul of Burgundy and the comfort of a contemporary home.

The apartment occupies the entire first floor, with a total surface area of 70 m².

This winegrower’s residence of character breathes serenity: light stone walls, exposed beams and a vaulted cellar create a unique place, ideal for rest and shared moments.

The private garage, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a motorized sliding door and remote control, allowing you to park one car as well as several bicycles. Access to the accommodation is then via the staircase.

The vaulted cellar, made up of two separate rooms with a total surface area of 70 m², is equipped with tables, chairs and barrels. It is ideal for hosting a traditional Burgundian wine tasting in an authentic stone setting.

The living room, a welcoming living space, is ideal for sharing gourmet moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals just like at home (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, tableware and utensils). Modern and functional, it combines elegance and conviviality to extend the warm spirit of the house.

The house features one bedroom equipped with a King Size bed (180 cm) with high-end My Bed bedding. In the living room, a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm) provides optimal comfort. An additional extra sleeping arrangement is also available if needed.

The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, a towel dryer and welcome toiletries. High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV allow you to work remotely or relax with ease.

For your everyday comfort: Bed linen and towels provided, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Easy access to shops.

The house is ideally located to discover Dijon, the Route des Grands Crus and the surrounding wine villages.

The T2 tramway, just 200 meters away, provides direct access to the historic center of Dijon.

Markets and excellent local producers are close at hand: everything invites you to experience the Burgundian art of living.
