These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) govern the contractual relationship between the owner of the accommodation Pierre & Vigne and any person making a reservation, whether via the website or through any other booking channel.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these T&C is to define the terms and conditions of reservation and stay at the accommodation Pierre & Vigne, a winegrower’s house located in Chenôve (21300), offered as a furnished short-term rental.
2. Description of the accommodation
The accommodation Pierre & Vigne is a furnished apartment of approximately 70 m², including in particular:
one bedroom with a double bed,
a living area with a convertible sofa bed,
a fully equipped kitchen,
a bathroom,
a private garage,
a vaulted cellar.
The maximum occupancy capacity is 5 guests.
3. Booking conditions
A reservation becomes effective after:
validation of the stay dates,
acceptance of these T&C,
payment of the total amount or the agreed deposit.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.
4. Rates
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. They include the provision of the accommodation as well as usual charges (water, electricity, heating).
Any additional fees (cleaning, options) are specified at the time of booking.
5. Payment terms
Payment may be made:
by bank card,
or via partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking).
The balance of the stay must be paid before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the booking channel used.
For bookings made via Airbnb or Booking, the cancellation policies of these platforms apply.
For direct bookings, the conditions are specified at the time of confirmation.
7. Security deposit
A security deposit may be required upon arrival.
It will be refunded after the departure inspection, subject to no damage or issues being identified.
8. Arrival and departure
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: by 12:00 p.m.
Any arrival or departure outside these times must be agreed in advance.
9. Use of the premises
The accommodation is intended for residential and tourist use only. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, events or unauthorized gatherings.
The guest undertakes to respect the neighborhood and to return the accommodation in proper condition.
10. Liability
The owner cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of occupants during the stay.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely for the management of reservations and is never transferred to third parties.
12. Applicable law
These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
